Southbank Centre takes a strong view on secondary ticketing. We require the lead booker to attend (photo ID may be requested). Tickets can only be resold by Southbank Centre or one of its authorised agents.
Food and drink
Food and drink is available throughout the night at Central Bar, Riverside Terrace Cafe, the two Level 4 Bars, the Level 5 Tiki Bar, and the Level 6 Members’ Bar (open to Southbank Centre Members only), serving everything you need to keep you dancing into 2020. Hot and cold food options include mac and cheese, vegetarian and meat burritos, pizza, gourmet hot dogs, meat and cheese platters, sandwiches and salads (vegan options available).
Dining tickets (Balcony Spectacular and Ultimate Spectacular)
Dining tickets are for a three-course meal. By booking a table beside The Clore Ballroom at Royal Festival Hall, you and your party have a reserved space for the whole evening.
Please note there is only one sitting for dining, which begins at 7.30pm. You are able to enter Royal Festival Hall from 6.30pm. There is a separate cloakroom for the diners. There are a limited number of first-release tickets available. If you book a group of six to eight tickets at the same time, you are guaranteed your own exclusive table for the whole night. Early booking is strongly recommended. Dinner tickets are non-returnable after 6pm on Wednesday 11 December.
The two dining ticket types are the same, except that the Balcony Spectacular allows you entrance onto the Balcony Terrace on Level 5 to watch the fireworks, while the Ultimate Spectacular gives access to Weston Roof Pavilion on Level 6 (facing the London Eye) to watch the London fireworks – one of London’s most spectacular views.
*Please note that access to the outside area to view the fireworks is not guaranteed and may be limited due to adverse weather conditions. This is at the direction of Jack Morton Ltd and the Greater London Authority and is not under the control of Southbank Centre or its staff.
