New Cross Inn Hostel is one of the cheapest, friendliest and fun-filled hostels in London run by young energetic team full of dedication and commitment. Our affordable prices, many free facilities and helpful staff present fantastic value for money.

We’re located in New Cross, an area with an eclectic population that makes art and music thrive. The area is covered with local pubs, cafes and restaurants for all tastes. With great transportation connections, we’re two minutes walk from New Cross Gate and New Cross overground and train stations. There are also several buses that serve 24 hrs and connect with the city center. Our location is also convenient if you’re visiting London to attend a concert or event at the O2 Arena.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

*Check-In: 02:00 PM      Check-Out: 11:00 AM

*Our check-in time for the room is 2 pm-11 pm. Guests arriving after 11:00 pm need to email at least 24 hrs in advance to confirm their reservation, process payment, and fill up check-in form online to receive code, otherwise will be considered a no show and subject to availability and no show fees.

Individual or small group reservations

Prepayment: The first night of the reservation will be pre-authorized within 7 days of arrival.

Prepaid bookings: By using a Prepaid promotional code you authorize Holiday Estates Limited trading as New Cross Inn Hostel to charge the total amount of the reservation anytime after booking. All prepaid reservations cannot be modified and are non refundable

Cancellation: If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 72 hours prior the date of arrival or in case of no show,100% of the reservation will be charged.

Group Policy for eight (8) or more guest

Prepayment: A Group is classified as a party of 8 guests or more. A group reservation remains as ‘provisional’ until a non refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total booking value has been received by New Cross Inn Hostel. Once this deposit has been received the group reservation becomes guaranteed and subject to our Group Terms and Conditions. New Cross Inn Hostel reserves the right to cancel any booking with provisional status once reasonable efforts have been made to contact you. Once the deposit is received a Confirmation clearly stating the deposit paid will be forwarded to you and will also act as your receipt. The remaining 50% of the total fee must be received by New Cross Inn Hostel no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Please allow an extra 5 working days prior to the payment due date for a bank transfer to clear. If the remaining balance is not received 7 days prior to arrival New Cross Inn Hostel will endeavour to contact you. In the event you cannot be contacted then the group reservation will be cancelled and the 50% non refundable deposit will be retained by New Cross Inn Hostel.

Cancellation: Any cancellation from the group must be notified at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less the 50% non refundable deposit already paid. Final numbers can be adjusted, up or down, up to 7 days prior to arrival date. Increases are subject to availability and will be charged at the current applicable rate. Should the number in the group or nights of stay drop below the original booking, refunds will be as detailed in the cancellation conditions below. The rate may also be reviewed at New Cross Inn Hostel’s discretion. If any of your group fail to arrive, without notification, on the arrival date then the bed will automatically be charged as a non-arrival for all nights of the stay and there will be no refunds. In the event you wish to cancel your booking more than 14 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is non refundable. If you cancel the reservation less than 14 days before arrival all payments are non refundable. Should any group members become unruly resulting in complaints from other guests, New Cross Inn Hostel reserve the right to cancel the group reservation, which will result in early eviction from the property without any monies refunded.

Minors policy: Children aged 6 years and older traveling with a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult can be accommodated in Private rooms only.  Unfortunately we cannot offer accommodation for children under 6 years of age.

As a Backpackers Hostel, New Cross Inn Hostel reserves the right to deny accommodation at the management discretion.

Chargebacks: Please be advised that attempted chargebacks for transactions through our system will be subject to criminal investigation and these individuals will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.

Guest Behavior: Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Hostel procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for other guests, the property of the Hostel, its employees and their health and safety. We respectfully ask that guests do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hostel, or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff.

Conduct/behavior that we consider inappropriate/unacceptable includes but is not limited to: creating an inappropriate level of noise and/or drunken or unruly behavior and/or any behavior which other guests or staff find offensive or threatening in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hostel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be finalized promptly and will be charged to any payment method we may hold on file. If you fail to make the payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
