Location Information

New Cross Inn Hostel is one of the cheapest, friendliest and fun-filled hostels in London run by young energetic team full of dedication and commitment. Our affordable prices, many free facilities and helpful staff present fantastic value for money.

We’re located in New Cross, an area with an eclectic population that makes art and music thrive. The area is covered with local pubs, cafes and restaurants for all tastes. With great transportation connections, we’re two minutes walk from New Cross Gate and New Cross overground and train stations. There are also several buses that serve 24 hrs and connect with the city center. Our location is also convenient if you’re visiting London to attend a concert or event at the O2 Arena.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM

If you are arriving after 11 pm on your arrival date, please email us +24 hours in advance to confirm your approx. arrival time.  Payment and registration form will be completed online, prior to check-in and you will then receive information about checking into the hostel after 11 pm.

If you are arriving earlier than 2 pm, we do have a baggage room to store your baggage until the check-in time.

Check-Out on your departure date is before 11:00 AM

INDIVIDUAL POLICIES

Prepayment: The full amount due on your reservation will be pre-authorised within 7 days of arrival.

Prepaid reservations: By using a Pre-paid promotional code and any promotions including last minute or early booker deals.  You authorise Holiday Estates Ltd, trading as New Cross Inn Hostel to charge the total amount of the reservation anytime after the reservation has been made.  All prepaid/ promotional reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Cancellation: If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, or in case of No Show – 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Minors Policy –Children aged 6+ years are not allowed to stay in the dormitory accommodation.  They can only stay in a private family room with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to children under 6 years.

Chargeback(s) –Please be advised that attempted chargebacks for transactions made online will be subject to a complete investigation, and criminal charges may be filed.

Guest Behaviour- All guests are required to always conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with hostel procedures whilst staying at the hostel. Inappropriate behaviour to other guests or staff includes being offensive, threatening and intoxicated – Any guest(s) that the management feels they have the right to refuse accommodation, will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be made for any accommodation or other services provided.   You will be held liable Individually or for your group for any damage or loss caused to the property whilst staying at the hostel.

GROUP POLICIES

A Group is classified as 8+ Guests.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a group reservation, up until this point, the reservation will be a provisional reservation with an option date.

Once the deposit has been received the group reservation is then guaranteed and subject to our Group Terms and conditions (these will be sent at the time of the enquiry)

The balance payment is required at least 7 days prior to arrival (please note. Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days)   If the balance is not paid, the reservation may be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will be retained by Holiday Estates Ltd.
